a) Admission work of the Undergraduate / Postgraduate students 
b) Maintains students files regarding their registration of courses
c) Computation of AGPA/CGPA of the students
d) Prepares marks list / PDC
e) Monitors and co-ordinates external examinations of U.G. courses
